Resume screening:The Human Resources Department will conduct resume screening after receiving applications. For qualified candidates, the HR department will arrange initial interviews with relevant department managers. Those who pass the initial interview may proceed to the second round of interviews.

First round interview:Select talents with good personal character and cultivation, who possess a sense of responsibility and initiative. The evaluation mainly focuses on candidates' basic qualities and professional abilities.

Second-round interview:Screen and evaluate candidates' professional knowledge and skills.

Employment:Those who pass the second interview will undergo qualification verification by the HR department, including examination of educational certificates and verification of previous work experience, before a final hiring decision is made.
